伊伐布雷定联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗51例慢性心力衰竭患者的随机双盲研究及心电图分析

摘　　要：目的探讨伊伐布雷定联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的疗效及对其心电图的影响。方法选择本院CHF患者102例,以抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组各51例。对照组予以伊伐布雷定治疗,观察组予以伊伐布雷定联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗,均连续治疗3个月。统计两组疗效、治疗前后心率、心率变异性指标[全程相邻R-R间期差值的均方根值(r MSSD)、全部正常窦性心搏R-R间期的标准差(SDNN)及5min心搏间期均值的标准差(SDANN)水平及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗3个月后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组对比,观察组治疗3个月后心率较低,r MSSD、SDNN、SDANN水平较高(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者予以伊伐布雷定联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗可显著增强疗效,改善患者心率及心率变异性,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Ivabradine combined with Qiliqiangxin capsules in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure（CHF） and its effect on the electrocardiogram. Methods A total of 102 cases of CHF patients in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the drawing method with 51 cases in each. The control group was treated with ivabradine,and the observation group was treated with ivabradine combined with Qiliqiangxin capsules. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The effects,the heart rate and indicators of the heart rate variability[root-mean-square of difference-value of adjacent RR interval（r MSSD）, standard deviation of RR interval（SDNN）, standard deviation of the averages of NN intervals in all 5 minutes segments of the entire recording（SDANN） and the incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were statistically recorded. Results The total effective rate of the observation group after 3 months was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the heart rate of the observation group was lower after 3 months of treatment, and the levels of rMSSD, SDNN and SDANN were higher（P〈0.05）. There was insignificant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between the observation group and the control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Ivabradine combined with Qiliqiangxin capsules in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure can significantly enhance the curative effect, improve the patient＇s heart rate and heart rate variability. And it has high safety.
