摘　　要：胰岛素泵是临床上模拟生理性胰岛素分泌的一种胰岛素输注系统,现已广泛用于成人、青少年和儿童糖尿病患者。作为一种强化治疗手段,胰岛素泵治疗可在有效改善血糖控制的同时,提高患者生活质量,减少胰岛素用量和低血糖事件发生。速效胰岛素类似物由于起效快、持续时间短,对血糖的控制更为精准、安全性也更高,被指南推荐为效果尤佳的胰岛素泵用胰岛素。Insulin pump is an insulin infusion system that simulates physiological insulin secretion. It has been widely used in adults, adolescents and children with diabetes. As a means of intensive treatment, insulin pump therapy can improve blood glucose control, improve the quality of life, reduce insulin dose and hypoglycaemia events. Rapid-acting insulin analogue is more accurate and safer because of its rapid onset and short duration. It is recommended as the best insulin used in pump by guideline.
