基于中医传承辅助系统挖掘贾跃进治疗肝郁化火型失眠的用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的：探索贾跃进主任治疗肝郁化火型失眠的用药规律,为失眠症的防治提供新的思路。方法：通过回顾性研究方法,收集贾跃进主任治疗肝郁化火型失眠的临床处方建立数据库,借助中医传承辅助系统分析贾跃进主任治疗肝郁化火型失眠的临床用药规律。结果：对筛选出的230首处方,90味中药进行分析,得出处方中使用频次较高的药物有丹皮、白芍、茯苓、当归、柴胡、炒栀子,对基于复杂系统熵聚类的核心组合进一步提取,确定了7个新处方。结论：基于中医传承辅助平台,体现了贾跃进主任从肝论治失眠症的临证思路,印证了情志不遂,肝郁化火和肝脾之间的多元关系。Objective：To investigate the prescription rules of director JIA Yuejin treating insomnia caused by liver depression transforming into fire and provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of insomnia. Methods： Retrospective research was used to collect director JIA Yuejin＇s outpatient prescriptions for the treatment of insomnia caused by liver depression transforming into fire. Then the director JIA Yuejin＇s prescription rules for the treatment of this disease were explored through Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform. Results：A total of 230 prescriptions,90 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were filtered out. We obtained prescription drugs frequently used：Tree Peony Bark,Paeonia lactiflora Pall.,Poria cocos Wolf,Angelica sinensis,Radix Bupleuri,Scorched Gardenia jasminoides Ellis. Then we extracted core entropy clustering combination based on complex system further and identified 7 new prescriptions. Conclusion：Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform,it reflects clinical thinking of director Jia Yuejin on treatment of insomnia from liver. It is the evidence of emotional upset,liver depression transforming into fire and multiple relationship between liver and spleen.
