郭恩绵用“异法方宜论”辨治过敏性紫癜性肾炎的经验

摘　　要：《黄帝内经·素问》中提出东、南、西、北、中央五方的地理环境、自然气候的差异,以及生活习惯的不同,可以影响人体的生理活动和造成疾病的发生。郭恩绵教授认为过敏性紫癜性肾炎得病之原因,或因于天时、或因于地域、或因于人之嗜欲,因此在紫癜性肾炎的治疗中,必须结合具体情况,因时、因地、因人制宜。Huangdi Neijing Suwen put forward that the differences in geographical environment and natural climate of five directions,i. e.,east,south,west,north and center,together with the differences in man＇s habits,may influence the physiological activities and cause disease. Professor GUO Enmian thinks the Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis is caused by the climate,or regions,or the appetite of people itself. Therefore,applying proper therapeutic measure in HSPN must be combined with the specific situation,in line with the climate,local conditions and individuality.
