王承龙调肝安神法治疗频发室性早搏经验

摘　　要：室性早搏是一种临床常见的心律失常,单发的室性早搏对人体的危害不大,但频发的室性早搏可以触发持续性室性心动过速甚至室颤,引起晕厥甚至猝死。王承龙教授认为情志因素是此病的常见诱因,病位上与肝脏有密切的关系,病机上常常涉及到心神不宁证,治疗时主张在调肝法的基础上加用安神之品。Ventricular premature beat is a common clinical arrhythmia. Single ventricular premature beats may not be harmful to the human body,but frequent ventricular premature beats can trigger persistent ventricular tachycardia and even ventricular fibrillation,resulting in fainting or sudden death. Professor WANG believes that the fact of emotion is a common cause of the disease. There is a close relationship of the disease with the liver in diseasedparts and the distracted in pathogenesis. Professor WANG advocates the use of sedative herbs in the basis on therapy of regulating liver.
