高明利运用益气养阴通络法治疗气阴两虚型类风湿关节炎经验

摘　　要：根据类风湿关节炎发病过程中的不同中医证候,中医药治疗可有效改善关节肌肉疼痛、肿胀、晨僵、活动不利等症状。高明利教授认为,外邪痹阻经络,迁延不愈,耗气伤阴。诊断此病机,高明利教授提出＂益气养阴通络＂法治疗气阴两虚型类风湿关节炎,临证疗效显著。文章阐述了高明利教授治疗气阴两虚型类风湿关节炎的辨证思路及用药特点,并附验案加以阐释。According to the onset of rheumatoid arthritis in the process of different syndromes,traditional Chinese medicine therapy can effectively improve the joints and muscles pain,relieve swelling,morning stiffness,the symptom such as adverse events. Professor GAO mingli believes that the external evil,the obstruction and the meridians,the inward-looking and the gushing of the Yin are the pathogensis. In order to diagnose the disease,professor GAO mingli proposed the Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo method to treat the rheumatoid arthritis patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin syndrome,and the effectiveness of the treatment was remarkable. This paper expounds the sydnrome differentiation thought and the characteristics of the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by professor GAO mingli,and it is also explained by cases.
