复方玄驹胶囊联合克罗米芬治疗男性少弱精的疗效及对精液质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨复方玄驹胶囊联合克罗米芬应用于男性少弱精治疗的临床疗效,并分析其对精液质量的影响。方法：选取2015年2月—2017年1月本院收治的少精弱精症男性患者88例为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,对照组患者给予克罗米芬治疗,研究组患者给予复方玄驹胶囊联合克罗米芬治疗,治疗结束后平均两组患者的临床疗效,并对比治疗前后两组患者精子形态、精液质量及性激素水平。结果：研究组患者的总有效率为79.55%,明显高于对照组的总有效率59.09%（P〈0.05）;治疗后,研究组与对照组患者精子畸形率明显较治疗前降低,精子正常形态率明显较治疗前升高,且治疗后研究组患者精子畸形率低于对照组,精子正常形态率高于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后,研究组与对照组患者的精子存活率、精子浓度、前向运动精子率明显较治疗前升高,且治疗后研究组患者的精子存活率、精子浓度、前向运动精子率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后,研究组与对照组患者血清FSH、LH、T水平均较治疗前升高,且治疗后研究组患者血清FSH、LH、T水平高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：复方玄驹胶囊联合克罗米芬应用于治疗男性少弱精临床疗效显著,可有效提高精液质量,改善精子形态及性激素水平,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of compound Xuanju capsule combined with clomiphene in the treatment of male oligozoospermia. Methods：88 male patients with oligozoospermia admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to January2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group was treated with clomiphene. The patients in study group were treated with compound Xuanju capsule combined with clomiphene. The average clinical efficacy of the two groups after the treatment was compared. The sperm morphology,semen quality and sex hormone level were compared before and after treatment. Results：Patients in the study group,the total effective rate was 79. 55%,significantly higher than total efficiency of 59.09% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）;after treatment in both study and control group,compared with before treatment,the sperm malformation rates were significantly lower,normal sperm morphology rates were significantly higher,and after treatment,patients in the study group had lower sperm deformity rate and higher normal sperm morphology rate than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）;moreover,after treatment in both study and control group,compared with before treatment,the sperm survival rates,sperm concentrations and progressive motility sperm rates were significantly higher,and after treatment,patients in the study group had higher sperm survival rate,sperm concentration and progressive motility sperm rate than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）.After treatment,the serum FSH,LH,T levels of the patients in both study group and control group were higher than those before treatment,and the serum FSH,LH,T level in the study group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05） after treatment. Conclusion：Compound Xuanju capsule combined with clomiphene is effective in the treatment of male oligozoospermia. It can effectively improve semen quality,improve sperm morphology and sex hormone level,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
