百令胶囊联合黄葵胶囊对非透析慢性肾功能不全患者肾功能以及微炎症状态的影响分析

摘　　要：目的：研究百令胶囊联合黄葵胶囊治疗非透析慢性肾功能不全的临床疗效,并分析其对者肾功能以及微炎症状态的影响。方法：将2014年6月—2017年6月期间的89例慢性肾功能不全患者堆积分成两组,治疗组采用百令胶囊联合黄葵胶囊治疗,对照组采用西药治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、肾功能、微炎症状态以及不良反应。结果：两组的临床总有效率分别为75.56%和61.36%,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后,治疗组患者24 h尿蛋白、血清BUN和Scr水平明显的低于对照组,比较差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）;治疗后,治疗组患者血清hs-CRP、TNF-α以及IL-6水平明显的低于对照组,比较差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：百令胶囊联合黄葵胶囊治疗慢性肾功能不全有效的降低了患者机体炎症,促进了肾脏功能恢复,临床疗效高,安全性好。Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of Bailing Capsule combined with Huangkui Capsule in the treatment of chronic non-dialysis renal insufficiency,and analyze its effects on renal function and micro-inflammatory status. Methods：Eighty-nine patients with chronic renal insufficiency between June 2014 and June 2017 were divided into two groups. Treatment group used Bailing Capsule combined with Huangkui Capsule and the control group used Western medicine. The clinical efficacy,renal function,micro-inflammatory status and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results：The total effective rates of the two groups were 75. 56% and 61. 36% respectively,with no significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,24 h urinary protein,serum BUN and Scr levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of serum hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Bailing Capsule combined with Huangkui Capsule for the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency effectively reduce the patients＇ body inflammation and promote renal function recovery,with high clinical efficacy and good safety.
