摘  要:以玉米叶为研究对象,采用系统预试法对玉米叶的水、95%乙醇、石油醚等部位进行研究,对各部位含有的化学成分进行定性检测。采用GC-MS法对玉米叶挥发油成分进行分离和鉴定,并采用面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。结果表明,玉米叶中可能含有氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质、糖、多糖、鞣质、有机酸、生物碱、苷类、黄酮类、酚类、植物甾醇、三萜类、挥发油、油脂、皂苷等化学成分。从玉米叶挥发油中分离出84个组分,鉴定出其中的50个组分,占挥发油总含量的83.06%,其中主要成分为:植醇(29.73%);6,10,14-三甲基-2-植酮(23.76%);4-(2,6,6-三甲基-1-环己烯基)-3-丁烯-2-酮(3.77%);棕榈酸(3.2%);金合欢基丙酮(2.60%);十五醛(2.41%);香叶基丙酮(1.55%);顺式-11,14,17-二十碳三烯酸甲酯(1.32%)等。本实验初步了解了玉米叶的化学成分及其挥发油成分,为玉米叶的进一步开发利用提供了理论依据。Take the leaves of Zea mays L. as the research object,the water,95% ethanol,petroleum ether and other parts of the leaves of Zea mays L. were studied by using system pretest method. GC-MS method was used to separate and identify the components of the volatile oil from the leaves of Zea mays L.,and the relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization method. Results showed that the leaves of Zea mays L. possibly contains amino acid,polypeptides,proteins,sugar,polysaccharides,tannins,organic acids,alkaloids,glycoside flavonoids,phenols,plant sterols,triterpenes,volatile oil,fat,and saponins. There were 84 constituents from the leaves of Zea mays L. that composed of about 83. 06% of the total volatile oil were separated and of which 50 constituents were identified. The main constituents were as follows:Phytol(29. 73%);6,10,14-Trimethyl-2-pentadecanone(23. 76%);4-(2,6,6-Trimethyl-1-cyclohexen-1-yl)-3-buten-2-one( 3. 77%);Palmitic acid(3. 2%);Farnesylacetone(2. 6%);Pentadecanal(2. 41%);( E)-Geranylacetone(1. 55%);11,14,17-Eicosatrienoic aicd methyl ester(1. 32%) etc. In this experiment,we have a preliminary understanding about the chemical composition and volatile components of the leaves of Zea mays L.. This experiment provides a theoretical basis for further development and utilization of the leaves of Zea mays L..
