哮喘患者穴位贴敷后诱发中重度接触性皮炎皮肤形态学及CD11c分布特点

摘　　要：目的：观察哮喘患者穴位贴敷后诱发中重度接触性皮炎的皮肤形态学及CD11c分布特点。方法：选取2015年7—8月在本院针灸康复科门诊三伏天穴位贴敷治疗哮喘并行皮损处皮肤活检的患者,选取3例中重度接触性皮炎患者,从肉眼下及形态学角度观察皮损处皮炎特点及皮损处CD11c的分布情况。结果：3例哮喘患者穴位贴敷治疗后皮肤均出现瘙痒、红斑、丘疹,严重者可见水疱。真皮血管周围单核、淋巴细胞不同程度的浸润。真皮血管周围均有不同程度CD11c表达。结论：哮喘患者穴位贴敷治疗后所诱发的中重度接触性皮炎表现为不同严重程度的皮损及炎细胞浸润。CD11c可能参与穴位贴敷诱发中重度接触性皮炎免疫调节过程。Objective： To observe skin morphology and CD11 c distribution characteristics of Kechuanting acupoint sticking therapy for induced moderate to severe contact dermatitis in asthma patients. Methods：Patients with asthma were treated with Kechuanting acupoint sticking therapy in dog days. After treatment and skin biopsy,we chose three cases of patients who had moderate to severe contact dermatitis,observing skin morphology and CD11 c distribution characteristics with the unaided eye and morphological view. Results：Three cases of patients all felt itchy,also appeared erythema,papules,and visible blisters in serious after acupoint sticking therapy. The mononuclear and lymphocyte appeared different degrees of infiltration in leather perivascular. Furthermore,the CD11 c expressed of different degrees in leather perivascular. Conclusion：Kechuanting acupoint sticking therapy for induced moderate to severe contact dermatitis in asthma patients present as different severity of skin lesions and inflammatory cells infiltration. Additionally,CD11 c may participate in immune regulation in this progress.
