探讨中医不同治法对COPD大鼠干预作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的：比较益气养血活血法、益气法、益气养血法和益气活血法对COPD干预作用的异同。方法：复制COPD大鼠模型,分别给予不同治法方药进行干预,采用ELISA法检测COPD大鼠肺组织SIg A、VEGF和TGF-β1的表达水平,分析比较差异。结果：模型组SIg A、VEGF、TGF-β1表达水平升高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。益气养血活血中、低剂量组,益气低剂量组,益气养血与益气活血高、中、低剂量组SIg A表达水平降低,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;益气养血活血与益气中、低剂量组,益气养血与益气活血高、中、低剂量组VEGF表达水平降低,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;各给药组TGF-β1表达水平降低,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。四种治法之间比较结果显示：益气养血活血法方药调节SIg A水平效果较好（P〈0.05）;益气法方药调节VEGF水平效果较好（P〈0.05）;益气活血法和益气法方药对于调节TGF-β1效果较好（P〈0.05）。结论：本实验4种治法均可不同程度的干预调节COPD大鼠SIg A、VEGF和TGF-β1的表达。Objective：To compare the intervention effect of Yiqi Yangxue Huoxue therapy,Yiqi therapy,Yiqi Yangxue therapy and Yiqi Huoxue therapy on COPD. Methods： We copied the model of COPD rats which were given different therapies and medcines. ELISA was used to detecte the expressions of SIg A,VEGF and TGF-beta 1 of the rats＇ lung tissues,analyzing and comparing the differences. Results：SIg A,VEGF and TGF-beta 1 expression levels of model group were elevated,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. SIg A expression level in Yiqi Yangxue Huoxue middle and low dose groups,Yiqi low dose group,Yiqi Yangxue and Yiqi Huoxue high,middle and low dose groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. VEGF expression level in Yiqi Yangxue Huoxue and Yiqi middle and low dose groups,Yiqi Yangxue and Yiqi Huoxue high,middle and low dose groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. TGF-beta 1 expression level in all groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The comparison of the four therapies showed Yiqi Yangxue Huoxue therapy regulated the level of SIg A better（ P〈0. 05）. Yiqi therapy was better at regulating the level of VEGF（ P〈0. 05）. Yiqi Huoxue therapy and Yiqi therapy regulated the level of TGF-beta 1 better（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The 4 kinds of therapies can regulate the expressions of SIg A,VEGF and TGF-beta 1 in COPD rats with different degrees.
