摘 要:中药材多糖是自然界重要的活性生物大分子之一,因其广泛的生物活性,不良反应少而逐渐成为一大研究热点。而多糖的提取、分离纯化与其生物活性密切相关,是多糖研究的基础。因此,文章综述了中药材多糖的提取、分离纯化方法及其优缺点,并旨在提升多糖制剂的内在质量和临床疗效。同时,为完善中药材多糖基础研究及促进中药现代化发展提供依据。Chinese herbal polysaccharide is one of the most important bioactive macromolecules in nature. It has become a hot research topic due to its wide biological activity and low toxicity. The extraction,separation and purification of polysaccharides are closely related to their biological activities. Therefore,in this paper,the methods of extraction,separation,purification of polysaccharides from Chinese medicinal herbs and its advantages and disadvantages were reviewed. The aim was to improve the quality and clinical curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine polysaccharide. At the same time,it was to improve the basic research of Chinese Herbal Polysaccharides and promoting the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.
