摘　　要：青钱柳是近年来研究较热的药食同源植物之一,在降血糖、降血压、降血脂等方面有显著效果,被誉为植物界的大熊猫,医学界的第三棵树。其主要功能性成分为黄酮、三萜和多糖类物质,其含量受诸多因素的影响。该文通过查阅大量青钱柳国内外文献,较为系统总结归纳,从产地、栽培、采收期、采收部位、加工、提取方法等方面阐述多种因素与黄酮、萜类、多糖含量变异的关系,旨在为该植物资源的深入研究和开发利用提供参考。Cyclocarya paliurus is one of the most hot research medicinal and edible plants in recent years. It is known as the giant panda in the plant kingdom and the third tree of medical field for its magical treatment of hypoglycemi,hypolipidemia and hypertension. The main functional compounds are flavonoids,triterpenoids and polysaccharides. The content is influenced by many factors. This paper expounds the relationship between the variation of the contents of flavonoids,triterpenoids and polysaccharides from the aspects of the origin,cultivation,harvest time,location,processing and extraction methods. This review gave a scientific basis for the further research,development and utilization of C. paliurus.
