摘 要:电机的设计是一个多重物理场的综合设计。本文设计了一台10kW、10000r/min的永磁无刷直流高速电机,针对表贴式和内嵌式两种转子结构,分别对内嵌式转子和不同护套的表贴式高速无刷直流电机进行了受力分析、损耗分析和温度场分析。在多物理场分析仿真的基础上,得到了满足转子强度、损耗、温升的综合设计结果。分析了无刷直流电动机的损耗及热场的计算过程,研究了两种电机结构的损耗大小和温度场分布。采用本文提出的方法不仅可以精确计算电机内部损耗的大小,而且可以得到电机内部损耗与热场之间的能量交互过程,研究电机的发热问题。通过仿真结果对比,发现表贴式结构发热比较严重。The design of the motor is a comprehensive design of multiple physical fields. In this paper, 10 kW, 10000 r/min permanent magnet brushless DC high-speed motor is designed. For surface mount radial excitation and embedded two rotor structure respectively, the high speed brushless DC motor is subjected to force analysis, loss analysis and temperature field analysis on the embedded rotor and different jacket surface. On the basis of multi-physics analysis and simulation, the comprehensive design results of rotor strength, loss and temperature rise are obtained. The calculation of the electromagnetic field and the thermal field of the brushless DC motor are analyzed. The loss and heat field distribution of the two kinds of motor structures are studied. This method not only can accurately calculate the internal loss of the motor, but also can get the internal loss of the motor thermal field between the energy interaction process and the study of the motor heating problem. Through the comparison of the simulation results, it is found that the heat dissipation of the surface structure is serious, and the embedded structure has magnetic flux leakage at the end of the magnet, which causes the current waveform to cause distortion.
