小金胶囊治疗老年男性乳腺发育症的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨小金胶囊对老年男性乳腺发育症的疗效。方法将90例老年男性乳房发育症患者随机分治疗组和对照组2组,观察组采用他莫昔芬+小金胶囊治疗,对照组采用他莫昔芬治疗,以治愈时间为终点判断疗效,观察随访时间一致,均为3个月。治疗期间及治疗后分别观察2组患者的总有效率和服药时间和药物不良反应的情况。结果观察组总有效率86.7%,对照组总有效率76.6%,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的疼痛缓解天数平均为(10.1±3.0)d,对照组疼痛缓解天数平均为(24.7±9.2)d,观察组较对照组疼痛缓解时间早(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。观察组平均服药天数为(41.3±6.0)d,对照组平均服药天数为(57.0±13.5)d,观察组较对照组总服药时间短(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。并且观察组的不良反应发生例数较对照组少,观察组不良反应发生率(13.3%)较对照组不良反应发生率(33.3%)低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联用小金胶囊联合他莫昔芬片与单用他莫昔芬比较可能总有效率相差不大,但是联用小金胶囊和他莫昔芬片起效时间短,总的服药时间减短,不良反应发生几率减少,所以中医药在治疗男性乳房发育方面有其独到之处,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Xiaojin Capsule on gynecomastia（GYN） in the elderly.Methods 90 elderly with GYN were randomly divided into 2 groups： treatment group and control group; the combined application of Xiaojin capsule and tamoxifen tablet was made to the elderly in treatment group while that of tamoxifen tablet only was made to the elderly in control group; the curative effect was judged by the end of healing time, consistent with the follow-up time（3 months）; an observation was made to the elderly in the 2 groups in total effective rate, drug application duration and the adverse reaction of drugs during and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 86.7% while that in control group was 76.6%, the difference between the 2 groups was of no statistical significance（P 0.05）; the average time of pain relieving in treatment group was（10.1±3.0） days while that in control group was（24.7±9.2） days, the time of pain relieving in treatment group was shorter than that in control group and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）; the average time of drug application in treatment group was（41.3±6.0） days, shorter than that in control group（57.0±13.5） days with a statistical difference（P0.05）; less cases with adverse reactions was found in treatment group than in control group, the rate of adverse reaction in treatment group was 13.3%, lower than that in control group（33.3%）, the difference was of statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusions There exists little difference between the combined application of Xiaojin Capsule and tamoxifen tablet and that of tamoxifen tablet only in total effective rate while the effect onset of combined application is faster, the application duration is shorter and the adverse reaction rate is much lower than those of single drug application; the traditional Chinese medicine is of unique effect on GYN and is worthy of wider clinical application.
