老年心血管病患者检验危急值分析及护理方法研究

摘　　要：目的分析老年心血管病患者检验危急值,并探讨其护理方法。方法回顾性分析2016年2月—2018年2月我院心血管外科162例老年患者检验危急值报告,收集并分析其相关信息,总结老年心血管患者检验危急值,并制定有效的护理方案。结果发生检验危急值的162例老年心血管患者中,检验危急值为低钾(30.25%)、高钾(4.32%)、肌钙蛋白异常(27.78%)、低钠(15.43%)、高血糖(11.11%)、低血糖(1.85%)和凝血功能异常(9.26%)。根据检验危急值分析结果,给予了补钾和补钠等相应的护理措施,并进一步优化了检验危急值在老年心血管患者中的应用。结论老年心血管病者常出现多种检验危急值,根据检验危急值的分析结果,制定相应的措施,做好护理、预防和治疗,避免病情进一步恶化,为患者争取最佳抢救时机。Objective To analyze the test critical values of the elderly with cardiovascular diseases and to discuss the nursing measures. Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the test critical values of 162 elderly with cardiovascular diseases hospitalized during the period from Feb., 2016 to Feb., 2018 and the relevant information was collected; the critical values were summarized and certain effective nursing plans were made. Results The test critical values of the 162 elderly were low potassium（30.25%）, high potassium（4.32%）, abnormal troponin（27.78%）, low sodium（15.43%）, high blood glucose（11.11%）, hypoglycemia（1.85%） and abnormal coagulation function（9.26%）; relevant nursing measures were taken, including potassium supplementation and sodium supplementation and the application of critical value in the elderly with cardiovascular diseases was further optimized. Conclusions Many elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases often have a variety of test critical values; to ensure good nursing, prevention, and treatment to avoid further deterioration of the disease and to strive for the best rescue opportunity for the elderly, corresponding nursing measures should be taken according to the analysis results of critical values.
