摘　　要：[目的]探讨连续可视气管导管(VET)在危重病人气道管理中的应用效果。[方法]将42例经口行气管插管危重病人采用信封法分为观察组、对照组,每组21例,对照组采用普通气管导管插管,观察组采用VET插管,比较两组病人一次性气管插管成功率、插管后并发症、日吸痰次数、带管时长。[结果]观察组一次性插管成功率高于对照组(P<0.05);每日吸痰次数少于对照组(P<0.05);气道黏膜损伤发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);带管时长低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]VET对气管插管全程及声门以下气道实施连续监测,有助于提高一次性插管成功率,减轻观察及护理难度,减少并发症,缩短病人带管时长。Objective：To investigate the effect of continuous visual endotracheal tube（VET）in airway management in patients with critically ill.Methods：Forty-two critically ill patients undergoing oral tracheal intubation were divided into observation group and control group by envelope method,21 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with ordinary intubation,and the patients in observation group were treated with visual tracheal intubation.The success rate of initial tracheal intubation,complications after intubation,the number of daily sputum suction and the duration of intubation were observed and compared between the two groups.Results：The success rate of initial intubation was higher in observation group than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The number of sputum suction per day was less in observation group than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The rate of airway mucosa injury was lower in observation group than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The duration of intubation was lower in observation group than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The continuous VET monitors the whole process of tracheal intubation and the airway below the glottis,which helps to improve the success rate of initial intubation,reduce the difficulty of observation and nursing,reduce the complications and shorten the duration of intubation in patients with critically ill.
