摘　　要：甘肃独特的气候条件和得天独厚地理位置,形成了具有独特性、民族性和地域性的非物质文化遗产.本文通过对民族传统体育非物质文化遗产在"一带一路"中的价值体现,针对甘肃黄金段非物质文化遗产发展面临经济发展落后、文化认知低、相关法律法规的不健全、外来文化的冲击、文化生态环境的变迁等困境,通过紧抓"一带一路"的战略机遇,提高经济文化水平、完善非物质文化遗产保护的法律法规、打破传统的传承方式、发挥博物馆的职能、建立合理有效的非物质文化遗产保护的数据库等策略来保护和发展甘肃黄金段非物质文化遗产.The special climatic condition and location of Gansu formed the unique,national and regional intangible cultural heritage. Through researching the value of national and traditional sports intangible cultural heritage in ＂ The Belt and Road＂,this article aimed to solve the troubles of the national and traditional sports intangible cultural heritage of golden-section of Gansu ＇s development,such as lagging developing of economy,shortage of cultural cognition,imperfect related laws and regulations,impact of outside culture,change of cultural-ecological environment,etc,promoted that we should grasp the chance of ＂ The Belt and Road＂,to protect and develop the intangible cultural heritage of golden-section of Gansu through the strategies of improving the economic and cultural level,completing the laws and regulations of protection of intangible cultural heritage,breaking the traditional inherited-way,playing the role of museum,setting up the reasonable and effective database of the protection of intangible cultural heritage.
