摘 要:针对中国流量测量技术上准确度、资源利用率低的问题,提出了一种基于多普勒法管道流体流量的测量方法。经研究,采用平凹声透镜对超声波的发送及接收进行汇聚,缩小多普勒信息窗的体积,实现多普勒法对管道内流体流速分区域测量。通过对流量测量系统仿真及所测得的数据,验证了此方法的可行性;此外,设计的基于多普勒法流量测量实验系统结果表明应用此方法测量流体的精度高于1.8%,对提高流量测量精度具有重要意义。In China,there are some problems that low accuracy of technology and low utilization rate of resource in flow measurement,a measurement method of pipe flow based on Doppler is proposed. The information of ultrasonic transmitting is converged and received by Plano concave lens in order to reduce the volume of Doppler information window. The subarea measurement method of Pipe fluid velocity can be realized based on Doppler. The feasibility of proposed method have be verified through the simulation of flow measurement system and the date from simulation system.In addition, an experimental system of flow measurement based on Doppler method is designed, experimental result shows that the precision of this system in flow measurement can exceed 1.8% and has vast importance to the improve the accuracy of the flow measurement.
