摘 要:采用挤出法和等体积浸渍法制备了Ni、K改性的HZSM-5催化剂,通过N2吸附-脱附、X射线衍射和吡啶吸附红外光谱等方法对催化剂进行了表征,在固定床反应器上通过润滑油临氢降凝反应考察催化剂的降凝效果。结果表明,采用Ni、K改性的HZSM-5催化剂,润滑油基础油收率和粘度指数明显提高,就(3%Ni O,0.4%K)改性的HZSM-5催化剂而言,反应温度为300℃,压力为15 MPa,空速为1.0 h-1,氢油比为500∶1时,润滑油基础油的凝点为-20℃,收率为70%,粘度指数为103。Ni/K-modified HZSM-5 catalysts were prepared by extruded and incipient impregnation,and characterized by N2 physisorption,X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy of chemisorbed pyridine. The catalytic dewaxing of the catalysts in the hydrodewaxing of lubricating oils were investigated in a continuous flow fixed-bed reactor. The results show that with the Ni,K modified HZSM-5 as catalyst in the hydrodewaxing of lubricating oils,the yield and the viscosity index of the lube oil increase obviously. The 3% Ni O,0. 4% K modified HZSM-5 catalyst can reach a condensation point of-20 ℃,yield of 70% and viscosity index of 103 at reaction temperature of 300 ℃,pressure of 15 MPa,space velocity of 1. 0 h-1,hydrogenation/oil ratio of 500.
