摘 要:以共沉淀法制备Mg O/ZrO_2固体碱催化剂。用催化水解HCFC-22(CHCl F2)的转化率95%为评价标准,从镁锆比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间,优化了催化剂的制备条件。结果表明,催化剂的最佳制备条件为:镁锆摩尔比0.3,焙烧温度700℃,焙烧时间4 h。对催化剂进行了XRD、SEM、EDS表征,结果表明,该方法合成的催化剂为纯Mg O/ZrO_2固溶体,颗粒呈棉花状,表面积比常规的固体碱大,稳定性较好,是催化水解HCFC-22良好的催化剂。The co-precipitation over saturated impregnation method was used to prepare Mg O/ZrO2 solid base catalyst. The catalytic conversion of HCFC-22( CHCl F2) 95% conversion rate for the evaluation criteria. The preparation conditions of the catalyst were optimized by the ratio of magnesium to zirconium,calcination temperature and calcination time. The results show that the best preparation conditions were as follows: the molar of ration of magnesium zirconium is 0. 3,the calcination temperature is 700 ℃,the calcination time is 4 h. The catalysts were characterized by XRD,SEM and EDS. The results show that the catalyst is pure phase,the particles are cottony,the surface area is larger than the conventional solid base,stability is better,it is a good catalyst for catalytic hydrolysis of HCFC-22.
