摘 要:利用二氧化钛催化氧化亚硫酸钠,研究催化剂等操作对亚硫酸钠氧化速率的影响。通过改变光照条件、通入空气流量、紫外线波长等因素,探究提高二氧化钛催化活性的原理。结果表明,二氧化钛在光照条件下可以催化氧化亚硫酸钠;使用紫外线照射会比在日光下催化剂的催化活性高;在使用254 nm的紫外光照射时比使用365 nm紫外光照射时的催化剂催化活性高;空气流量控制在1 L/min时,可以明显提高反应速率,加快亚硫酸钠的氧化速率。The effects of catalyst and other operating parameters on the oxidation rate of sodium sulfite have been studied when the reaction was catalyzed by titanium dioxide. The catalytic activities of titanium dioxide have been studied by changing the lighting conditions,the amount of air flow and the wavelength of ultraviolet radiation. The results showed that titanium dioxide can catalyze the sodium sulfite in the presence of light; In ultraviolet light,the catalytic activity of titanium dioxide is higher than that in sunlight; The catalytic activity of titanium dioxide in the UV irradiation of 254 nm is higher than that in365 nm UV; When the air flow is controlled at 1 L/min,the reaction rate can be significantly increased and the oxidation rate of sodium sulfite is accelerated.
