基于主成分分析法优化污水管网修复排序

摘　　要：污水管网修复工程涉及的面积大,通常要划分排水分区分期进行,根据排水分区内管道缺陷的严重程度来决定修复顺序.运用主成分分析法建立模型,选取管道渗漏、管径不满足、倒坡积水、管道淤塞、管道变形5个管道缺陷作为评价指标,对某市老城区划分的5个排水分区(W_1—W_5)修复顺序进行决策,得到一个主成分,对原指标数据情况综合简化表示,最后利用主成分构成的综合评价函数,通过计算确定修复顺序为W_3、W_4、W_2、W_5、W_1.The restoration project of sewage networks involves a large area that is usually divided the drainage subareas into stages determining the repair sequence according to the severity of the pipe defects in the drainage subareas.This paper with principal component analysis sets up the model,selects 5 pipeline defects as pipe leakage,unsatisfied pipe diameter,water on the slope,pipeline blockage and pipe deformation as evaluation indexes.It makes a decision for the repair sequences of 5 sewage and water partition（W1-W5）in the old district of some city,gives a simplified representation of the original index data based on the result of a principal component,and uses the comprehensive evaluation function composed of principal components to set a repair order W3,W4,W2,W5,W1.
