摘　　要：目的研究肝泡球蚴(HAE)组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和CD34的表达,探讨二者在血管生成和侵袭转移中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测MMP-2和CD34在HAE组织及距病灶5cm以外的正常肝组织标本(各40例)的表达及其与临床病理特性之间的关系。比较两组差异并分析MMP-2和CD34的相关性。结果 MMP-2和CD34的阳性表达程度以HAE病灶与正常肝组织交界的边缘带最明显。HAE边缘带组织中MMP-2、CD34阳性表达率60.0%和62.5%,明显高于正常肝组织阳性表达率(27.5%和25.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在发生转移的HAE边缘带组织中MMP-2、CD34的阳性表达率78.9%和78.9%,明显高于未发生转移的阳性表达率(42.9%和47.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MMP-2和CD34的表达呈正相关(r=0.442,P<0.01)。结论 HAE病灶边缘带组织MMP-2和CD34的表达可能参与了血管的新生,并与HAE的侵袭转移有关系。Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2（MMP-2）and CD34 in tissue of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis（HAE）and to explore their role in the angiogenesis,and invasion and metastasis.Methods The expressions of MMP-2 and CD34 in 40 cases of HAE tissue specimen and 40 cases of normal liver tissue specimen at 5 cm from the lesion were detected by using immunohistochemistry SP method and the correlation between the expression of MMP-2 and CD34 with clinicopathology features was analyzed.Meanwhile,the differences were compared between the two groups and the correlation between MMP-2 and CD34 was analyzed.Results The positive expression degree of MMP-2 and CD34 was most obvious in peripheral zone of the junction between HAE lesion and normal liver tissue.The positive expression rates of MMP-2 and CD34 in peripheral zone of HAE tissue were 60.0% and 62.5%respectively,which were significantly higher than 27.5% and 25.0%in normal liver tissue respectively,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The positive expression rates of MMP-2 and CD34 in peripheral zone of HAE tissues with metastasis occurrence were 78.9% and 78.9%respectively,which were significantly higher than 42.9%and 47.6%in HAE tissue without metastasis respectively,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The expressions of MMP-2 and CD34 showed the positive correlation（r=0.442,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The expressions of MMP-2 and CD34 in peripheral zone tissue of HAE lesion might be involved in the angiogenesis and related to invasion and metastasis of HAE.
