摘  要:针对高压水射流冲击破碎煤体这一复杂非线性冲击动力学问题,采用SPH和FEM耦合算法,数值模拟了煤体在高压水射流冲击下的破碎过程,分析了应力作用规律和煤体破碎规律。研究结果表明,煤体主要受拉伸和剪切作用而被破坏,拉应力的作用区域随着煤体破碎向外延伸,剪切应力的作用区域主要在冲击轴心;水射流冲击载荷破煤过程可分为破碎积累、快速破碎2个阶段,煤体破碎速度表现为快慢交替。For the complex nonlinear impact dynamic problem of impacting coal with high pressure water jet,the coupling algorithm of smoothed particle hydrodynamics(SPH) and finite element method(FEM) was used to simulate the crushing process of coal under the impact of high pressure water jet,the law of stress and coal breakage was analyzed. According to the results,the coal is mainly damaged by the tensile and shearing. The action zone of tensile stress extends outward with the coal breakage while the shear stress mainly affects the impact axis. The process of coal breakage by impact load of water jet can be divided into two stages of crushing accumulation and rapid crushing. The crushing speed of coal shows the alternation of fast and slow.
