摘 要:针对水下呼吸器传统检测方法效率低、不安全的问题,设计出一种水下呼吸器使用性能检测系统。该检测系统采用加压舱模拟深海环境,用呼吸机模拟人肺呼吸的功能,通过调节加压舱的压力,来模拟人员佩戴呼吸器的使用状态。利用分析仪分析气体含量,压力传感器测定减压阀出口压力和呼吸阻力等,可以全方位检测呼吸器使用性能的各种数据。测试表明:该检测系统满足设计要求,能够有效检测水下呼吸器的各项使用性能。In view of the problem that the traditional detection methods of underwater breathing apparatus are inefficient and unsafe,a performance detection system of underwater breathing apparatus is designed. The system simulates the deep sea environment with compression chambers,and simulates the function of human lung respiration with breathing machine. what's more,the use of breathing apparatus is simulated by adjusting the pressure of the compression chambers. By using analysis of gas content by analyzers,outlet pressure of pressure relief valve measured by pressure sensor and respiratory resistance,etc.,various data on the performance of breathing apparatus can be detected in all directions. The test results showed that the system meets the design requirements and can effectively detect the performance of underwater breathing apparatus.
