摘  要:为了提高煤层超前排放钻孔有效影响半径测试工作的效率,在钻屑量指标测试方法的基础上,将施工测量钻孔改为直接施工排放钻孔,即在井下同一位置施工2个排放钻孔,利用2个排放钻孔测试的钻屑量差值来判定超前排放钻孔的有效影响半径,省略了扩孔工序,提高了影响半径的测试效率。采用钻屑量差值法对煤矿现场M5#煤层瓦斯超前排放钻孔的有效影响半径进行考察,考虑到井下条件的复杂性,在测试区域内共布置5个测点,要求测点沿煤层走向不少于2个,沿煤层倾向不少于3个,得出M5#煤层的超前排放钻孔有效影响半径为0.56~0.61 m,并引入钻屑量临界指标验证了结果的准确性。从安全角度考虑,最终确定M5#煤层超前排放钻孔有效影响半径为0.50 m。In order to improve the efficiency of testing the effective influence radius of advance discharge drilling,on the basis of the test method of drilling cuttings amount,the construction measurement drilling was changed to the direct construction discharge drilling,that means,two discharge boreholes were constructed at the same location in the coal mine. By using the cuttings difference between two discharge boreholes in tests,the effective influence radius of advance discharge drilling was determined,and the procedure of reaming was omitted,the test efficiency of influencing radius was improved. According to difference method of drilling cuttings amount,the effective influence radius of advance discharge drilling in the M5#coal seam at coal mine site was test. Considering the complexity of downhole conditions,5 measuring points were arranged in the test area,it was required that there should be no less than 2 measuring points along the coal seam tendency and no less than 3 measuring points along the coal seam inclination. It was concluded that the effective influence radius of advance discharge drilling in the M5#coal seam is from 0. 56 m to 0. 61 m,the accuracy of the result was verified by introducing the critical index of drilling cuttings amount. From the perspective of safety,the effective influence radius of advance discharge drilling in the M5#coal seam was finally determined to be 0. 50 m.
