摘 要:以五虎山煤矿011203工作面为工程实例,分析了011203工作面受上覆煤层火区、采空区自然发火及瓦斯涌出的影响,构建复合灾害治理模式,采取走向+倾向交错钻孔联合大面积区域抽采煤层瓦斯,井上填埋黄土及井上下注液氮,回风巷施工高位钻孔、采空区埋管抽采,以及均压通风等综合治理技术,应用结果表明,工作面回采期间上隅角瓦斯浓度不超过0.8%,回风巷瓦斯浓度不超过0.5%,上隅角和回风流CO体积分数均为0,复合灾害治理效果明显,保证了受火区威胁易燃近距离煤层群综放工作面的安全生产。This paper took the 011203 working face of Wuhushan Coal Mine as engineering project,analyzed the influence of the overlying coal seam fire area,spontaneous combustion in the goaf and gas emission on 011203 working face,built a compound disaster management model and took some integrated management technology such as trending + tendency staggered drilling combined large area to extract coal seam gas,filled the well with loess and liquid nitrogen,high level drilling in return airway,buried pipe drainage in the goaf and pressure equalization ventilation,then it came to the conclusion that the gas volume fraction in the upper corner of the working face does not exceed 0. 8%,the gas volume fraction in the return airway does not exceed 0. 5%,and the carbon monoxide volume fraction in both the upper corner and the return air is 0. The effect of compound disaster management is remarkable,which ensures the safe production of the fully mechanized working face that near coal seam group threatened by fire area.
