摘  要:为了得到分散性能优良的黑色UV-LED喷墨油墨,通过选用不同单体以及混合单体分别研磨制备色浆取样并测试其色浆的粒径大小,探讨单体对油墨分散性的影响。研究结果表明,对于碳黑颜料,不同的单体制备出的色浆分散性有差异,单独采用单体HDDA或EOEOEA配制的黑色UV-LED喷墨油墨粒径小,即得到的油墨分散性较好;采用混合单体HDDA:EOEOEA=1:1时制备的黑色UV-LED喷墨油墨色浆分散性更好。In order to obtain black UV-LED inkjet ink with excellent dispersion, the color paste samples were prepared by grinding with different monomers and mixed monomers, respectively, and the particle size of color paste was tested to investigate the influence of monomers on ink dispersion. The results showed that for the carbon black pigment, the color pastes prepared by different monomers exhibit different dispersions. The black UV-LED inkjet inks prepared by monomer HDDA or EOEOEA alone had small particle size,which revealed inks' dispersions are better. The dispersion of black UV-LED ink jet ink prepared with a mixed monomer HDDA:EOEOEA = 1: 1 was the best of all.
