摘　　要：发明计算机的初衷非常明确,就是为了解决计算速度与计算能力方面的问题,计算机的价格比在30年的时间内能够增长6个数量级,可见其发展速度之快。对于计算机来说,软件是一台计算机正常运行的必要元素。在形式上,计算机虽然表现为硬件,但是软件却是计算机的支柱。软件的实用价值就是计算机软件的生命力。文章就计算机软件开发及其实用价值进行了分析和探讨。The original intention of computer is very clear, that is to solve the problem of computing speed and computing ability, the price of computer can be increased by 6 orders of magnitude in 30 years. For a computer, software is an essential element for a computer to function properly. In form, the computer is hardware, but software is the mainstay of the computer. The practical value of software is the vitality of computer software. This paper analyzes and discusses the development of computer software and its practical value.
