合成气装置工艺烧嘴的国产化改造

摘  要:某石化公司的合成气装置是国内首套焦油气化装置,由于焦油的组分复杂,物性不稳定,造成工艺烧嘴运行寿命短,对该工艺烧嘴进行了国产化改造。改造后的投用结果表明,炉膛温度分布更加合理,气化炉顶部烧嘴大盖温度大幅降低,由进口烧嘴的超过300℃降至260℃,合成气中有效气含量可满足工艺要求。The syngas unit of a chemical company was the first tar gasification unit in China. Because the components of tar was complex, the physical property was not stable, which caused the process burner having short service life. Localization Transformation was made to the process burner. After transformation, the application result showed that, the furnace box temperature distribution is more reasonable, the big cover temperature of the top of gasifier dropped sharply from higher than 300 ℃ of the imported burner to 260 ℃, the effective gas content in syngas can meet the process requirement.
