裂解焦油气化烧嘴的结构改造方案比较分析

摘  要:针对某石化公司的裂解焦油气化装置进口工艺烧嘴运行寿命短、装置频繁停开工的问题,提出了该工艺烧嘴的国产化改造方案。结合装置实际生产情况提出了4种改造方案,对4种方案进行比较筛选,确定并实施了最优方案。结果表明,该方案气化炉炉膛温度分布更加合理、炉壁温度大幅降低,单次使用寿命达到176 d(进口烧嘴为126 d)。Aiming at the problems of short service life of the imported process burner and frequent shutdown of the cracking tar gasification unit, this paper put forward localization transformation plan. Combined with actual production situation of the unit, comparison and screening was made to the four transformation plans, the optimal plan was determined and implemented. The result showed that, with this plan, the furnace box temperature distribution is more reasonable, single-use service life reached 176 days (the service life of the imported burner is 126 days), which has met the requirement of production.
