摘  要:指出了酸洗废液是金属锻造过程中经常产生的金属废弃液,其中含有大量盐(硫)酸和重金属离子,为满足生产工艺的要求,工厂需更新外排,但直接排放或经简单地酸碱中和处理会造成严重的环境污染。研究了以酸洗废液、废氧化铁皮为原料,双氧水为氧化剂,最终制备了高纯度三氯化铁(FeCl3)絮凝剂的方案,并对产品质量进行了表征。Pickle liquor is often produced in metal forging process,which contains a lot of salt(sulfur)acid and heavy metal ions.In order to meet the requirements of production process,the factory needs to update the outer row.Serious environmental pollution can be caused by direct discharge or by simple acid-base neutralization.In this paper,the solution of high purity ferric chloride(FeCl3)flocculant was prepared and the product quality was characterized by using acid washing waste liquid,where waste oxidized sheet was used as raw material and hydrogen peroxide was used as oxidant.
