摘  要:目的检测3种5-羟色胺(HT)4受体激动剂的促肠道动力作用,比较它们的量效关系与作用强度大小。方法应用张力换能器观察药物对离体灌流的小肠肌条和结肠肌条的平均收缩幅度、收缩频率和静息张力的作用。结果 Cisapride、RS67506和Zacopride均可增强肌条的收缩幅度并呈剂量依赖性;它们对小肠与结肠的作用相似。结论 Cisapride、RS67506和Zacopride均有不同程度的促肠道动力作用,它们的促肠道动力作用强度依次为Cisapride>RS67506>Zacopride。Objective To determine the effect of three 5-HT4 receptor agonists on intestinal motility and to compare their dose-effect relationship and magnitude of the effect. Methods Tension transducers were used to measure the effect of study agents on the mean contraction amplitude, contraction frequency, and resting tension of small intestinal strips and colon strips ex vivo. Results Cisapride, RS67506, and Zacopride increased the contraction amplitude of muscle strips in a dose-dependent manner. Such effects were comparable between small intestine and colon.Conclusion Cisapride, RS67506 and Zacopride all promote intestinal motility by varying extent. The intensity of the intestinal motility promotion is greatest with Cisapride, followed by RS67506 and Zacopride.
