摘 要:应用RecurDyn软件分别对导向啮合式起动机和强制啮合式起动机的起动机构与飞轮的碰撞啮合起动进行多体动力学仿真分析。模拟了两种起动机的驱动齿轮与飞轮碰撞啮合过程,计算了动态等效应力,分析了不同起动方式对起动结果的影响,解决了铣齿、顶齿问题。通过碰撞仿真验证了导向啮合式起动机结构设计的合理性与起动方式的优越性,并且仿真结果与样机试验吻合,确认导向啮合式起动机有更长的使用寿命。RecurDyn software was used to perform multi-body dynamic simulation analysis on collisionand meshing starting between the starting mechanism of the guided meshing starter & the positive meshingstarter and the flywheel. The collision and meshing processes between drive gear and flywheel of two kindsof starters were simulated, the dynamic equivalent stress was calculated, and the influence of differentstarting methods on the starting result was analyzed with settlement of gear milling and gear compacting.Through collision simulation, the rationality of the structural design of the guided meshing starter and thesuperiority of the starting method were verified. The simulation results are in good agreement with theprototype test, and it is confirmed that the guided meshing starter has a longer service life.
