摘　　要：楔块式单向离合器广泛应用于汽车、摩托车及工程机械中,其装配质量直接影响使用性能。从楔块式单向离合器制造过程中的关键工序、清洁度及主要零部件质量等方面进行分析,确认影响整体装配质量的原因,并针对工艺和关键工序提出具体措施,进而达到提高楔块式单向离合器装配质量的目的。The sprag clutch is widely used in automobiles, motorcycles and construction machinery,and the assembly quality directly affects the performance. By analyzing key processes, cleanliness, andquality of major parts in the manufacturing process of sprag clutch, it is possible to identify the causes thataffect the overall assembly quality while putting forward specific measures for the process and key processesto achieve improved assembly quality of sprag clutch.
