摘　　要：为解决旋风管中导流锥及排尘锥焊接薄壁组件刚性差、装夹容易变形的工艺问题,对旋风管薄壁组件加工工艺进行了研究。采用螺纹套拉紧锥度芯轴定位装夹系统,设计了两种工艺方案。通过研究,确认两种工艺方案都切实可行,达到了预期效果。In order to solve the process problems of poor rigidity and easy deformation during clampingwhen welding thin-walled components such as blast cone and dust exhausting cone in the cyclone tubes, theprocessing technique for thin -walled components of the cyclone tubes was studied. The positioning＆clamping system with thread taper mandrel for tensioning was adopted in the design of two technologicalschemes.Through examination, it was confirmed that the two process schemes were feasible and hadachieved the expected results.
