摘  要:本文分别从改变环境温、湿度、接触电极接触面积、测试电压等几方面进行试验,研究非金属材料表面电阻测试影响的因素。试验结果表明:降低环境温度、增加环境湿度,非金属材料的表面电阻都会变小;一定环境条件下,所测得非金属材料表面电阻值随测试电压的增加而减小,且是非线性的;所测得非金属材料表面电阻值随接触电极接触面积增加而减小。In this paper,the influence factors of non-metallic material surface resistance testing were studied by changing the temperature,humidity,contact area of contact electrode and measuring voltage.The experimental results show that the surface resistance of nonmetallic materials decreases with the increase of the test voltage and decreases with the increase of the test voltage,and the surface resistance of the nonmetallic materials decreases with the increase of the test voltage.The measured surface resistance of the non-metallic material decreases with the increase of the contact area of the contact electrode.
