摘 要:为降低双模介质谐振器用于测量介质介电性能时数据处理方法的复杂度,提出了一种基于谐振腔微扰理论的分析方法。将双模介质谐振器中的定位台阶看作微扰结构,综合应用谐振腔结构微扰理论和材料微扰理论,提出了双模介质谐振器中介质材料介电常数和损耗角正切的近似计算方法,对一组介质样品的测试结果进行了分析,并将分析结果与基于模式匹配理论的分析结果进行了比较。比较结果表明:利用该方法所获得的结果与较为精确的模式匹配法计算结果相比,介电常数偏差小于0.5%,介电损耗最大偏差约5%.A simple analysis method based on cavity perturbations theory is proposed to reduce the data processing complexity of using the dual-mode dielectric resonator to measure the dielectric properties of medium. The positioning steps in the resonator are considered as a perturbation structure. The cavity structure perturbation theory and material perturbation theory are used to obtain an approximate calculation method. Dielectric constants and loss tangents of several samples are analyzed and compared with the results obtained by mode matching method. The maximum relative deviations of calculated dielectric constants and loss tangents obtained by the two methods are less than 0. 5% and about 5%,respectively.
