摘  要:通过建立一对直齿锥齿轮有限元模型,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对其进行瞬态仿真分析,验证其仿真方法的准确性。基于此建立一对零度弧齿锥齿轮对比模型进行仿真计算,根据仿真结果,对齿轮接触力、齿面接触应力、齿根弯曲应力、大齿轮振动方面进行比较分析,发现在相同载荷和转速情况下,直齿锥齿轮与零度弧齿锥齿轮的传动特性具有明显的差异性。为两种类型的锥齿轮在航空领域中的选择和应用提供参考。The finite element model of a pair of straight bevel gears is established,and the simulation is carried out by using the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to verify the accuracy of the simulation method. Based on this,a pair of zero spiral bevel gears are created for comparative analysis. According to the simulation results,the gear contact force,tooth surface contact stress,tooth root bending stress and vibration of large gear are compared and analyzed. It is found that the transmission characteristics of the straight bevel gear and the zero spiral bevel gear are obvious difference at the same load and speed. This provides a reference for the selection and application of these two types of bevel gears in the aeronautical field.
