摘  要:以氯仿为模型化合物,研究了石脑油中的微量有机氯杂质对石脑油裂解性能的影响及氯在裂解产物中的分布,并考察了氯杂质对乙烯装置的影响。实验结果表明,当石脑油中氯仿含量低于100 mg/L时,氯含量的增加对裂解产物的收率基本没有影响;部分氯仿在高温下发生分解反应,并参与裂解反应,生成氯代烯烃、氯代芳烃和氯化氢;未反应的氯仿残留在焦油中,氯代烃分布在裂解气和焦油中,氯化氢溶解在裂解产物水溶液中,并使水溶液产生较强的酸性。石脑油中氯含量较高时,会大大增加乙烯装置的腐蚀风险,并加大了后系统催化剂中毒失活的风险。With chloroform as a model compound,the effects of trace organic chlorides in naphtha on the pyrolysis performance and the distribution of chlorides in the products were investigated. The experimental results indicated that when the chloroform concentration was lower than 100 mg/L,the yield of pyrolysis products had no change with the increase of chlorine content;part of chloroform underwent decomposition reaction under high temperature,and participated in pyrolysis reaction to produce chloroalkenes,chloroaromatics and hydrogen chloride. The unreacted chloroform remained in the tar,chlorohydrocarbon was distributed in the pyrolysis gas and tar,and hydrogen chloride was dissolved in pyrolysis product aqueous solution resulting a strong acidity. The high content of chlorides in naphtha would significantly increase the corrosion risk of ethylene plant and the risk of poisoning and inactivation of the system catalyst.
