摘 要:本研究利用ASReml软件分析了不同非遗传因素组合对20 057只高山美利奴羊早期生长性状及其遗传力估计的影响。结果表明:血统、性别、出生类型、出生年份、配种月份、初生月份、群别以及某些非遗传因素间的互作效应对高山美利奴羊早期生长性状均有极显著影响(P<0.001)。研究发现,高山美利奴羊早期生长性状遗传参数估计过程中有无考虑非遗传因素间的互作效应对其结果影响较大,未考虑固定效应间互作效应时所估计各性状的直接遗传力均高于考虑了固定效应间互作效应所估计出的各性状直接遗传力;考虑了固定效应间互作效应后所估计的母体效应遗传力略高于未考虑固定效应间互作效应时所估计的母体效应遗传力。本研究结果不仅为优化高山美利奴羊早期生长性状遗传评估模型提供科学依据,更为该品种的早期科学选种及后期选育提高奠定了基础。In this study, ASReml software was used to analyze the effects of different combinations of non-genetic factors on the early growth traits and their heritability estimation in 20,057 Alpine Merino sheep. The results showed that bloodline, gender, birth type, birth year, birth month, mating month, fl ocks and the interaction between some non-genetic factors highly affected the early growth traits of Alpine Merino sheep(P0.001). The study found that whether the interaction between non-genetic factors in the process of estimating the genetic traits of early growth traits in Alpine Merino sheep has a great infl uence on the estimation results. The estimated heritability of early growth traits without considering the interaction effects was higher than that with considering the interaction effects of non-genetic factors. After taking the interaction between nongenetic factors into consideration, the heritability estimated for the maternal effect was slightly higher. The results may provide a scientifi c basis for optimizing the genetic evaluation model of early growth traits in Alpine Merino sheep.
