摘  要:文章主要阐述了某导弹弹体后部件碳纤维预浸料铺贴成型的试验工艺。弹体后部件要求具有高强度、高载荷、良好的耐高温性、疲劳性能和断裂韧度。本试验根据弹体后部件内形的尺寸精度设计钢模具为成型模具,采选用碳纤维预浸布整体铺贴和连接处加强铺贴两次铺贴成型,通过优化铺贴工艺,采用真空袋-热压罐固化完成弹体后部件制件的成型过程,经测试最终制品尺寸均在公差要求范围内。This paper mainly describes the test technology of carbon fiber preimpregnation paving process of a guided missile body. The bullet rear parts of the body require high strength,high load,good temperature resistance,fatigue performance and fracture toughness. This test designs the steel mould as a molding mould according to the dimensional accuracy of the internal shape of the bullet rear parts. Use carbon fiber preimpregnation cloth overall pasting and connecting places to strengthen the pasting and pasting molding twice. By optimizing the pasting process,vacuum bag-heat pressure tank molding process was used to complete the forming process of the parts after the projectile. The final dimensions of the products tested are within the tolerance requirements.
