摘  要:通过渐开线齿轮的LTCA分析,获得轮齿的受载变形/刚度变化曲线;采用切片法研究了齿宽方向鼓形修形与齿轮错位对啮合刚度的影响,提出了齿廓啮合变形曲线的便捷分析计算方法,进而获得了包括齿廓修形、齿宽修形在内的齿轮传动误差曲线和接触印痕图,这对齿轮传动误差和接触状态分析和修形优化有着明确的指导作用;并通过Romax商业软件对该方法进行了验证。By using the LTCA analysis of involute gear,gear tooth deformation and stiffness curve with load is obtained. Then a study of the effect on meshing stiffness of drum shape modification across of gear width and lead misalignment is carried out by using of slicing method. A convenient method of analyzing and calculating gear deformation curve is proposed,and to be used for obtaining the gear transmission error curve and contact pattern analysis for gear with profile modification and width modification. It is clear that this result is helpful for gear transmission error,the contact state analysis and modification optimization,this method is verified by Romax,an commercial software for gear transmission analyzing.
