摘 要:在校学生普遍无法使用大功率电器将洗净衣物甩干,而在现有的对人力机械装置的研究中,人力甩干桶的设计存在一定不足,因此,创新性地设计了一种可自由变化传动比的新型传动装置——锥台形绕线轴,并应用于脚踏式甩干桶的整体设计方案中。通过对锥台型绕线运动过程的分析和对样机的测试,结果表明,将锥台形绕线轴应用于脚踏式甩干桶中方法是可行的,大大提高了工作效率,使甩干桶的性能更加优化,并且使用方便,摆脱了大功率用电的限制,对学生群体和节能环保人士具有良好的应用价值。Students in general can't use high-power electrical appliances to dry clothes. And there is a few defects in the existing research on manpower machinery in the design of human waste drum. A new type of transmission device which can freely change the transmission ratio named cone shaped winding shaft is designed innovatively. And it is applied to the overall design of the foot-type drying barrel. Through the analysis of the taper movement process and the prototype of the test,the results show that it is feasible to apply the cone shaped winding shaft to the pedal,the work efficiency is improved dramatically. The performance of the drying barrel is optimized and easy to use. The restrictions on high-power electricity is relieved. It has large application value for the students group and the persons committed to energy conservation and environmental protection.
