摘 要:针对圆弧齿廓面齿轮在加工过程中易发生根切现象,采用理论分析、数值计算与仿真实验相结合的方法研究该面齿轮不产生根切的最小内半径。首先确立刀具齿轮齿面方程,进而由刀具与圆弧齿廓面齿轮互为包络成形理论推导出面齿轮的工作齿面及过渡曲面方程。然后根据圆弧齿廓面齿轮不产生根切条件理论,通过MATLAB软件进行数值计算。将计算出的结果与仿真实验得到的结果相比对,验证了所求圆弧齿廓面齿轮不发生根切时的最小半径值的正确性。Aiming at the phenomenon of undercut in the process of circular arc tooth profile face gear,by using the research method combining theoretical analysis,numerical calculation and simulation experiment,the minimum inner radius of the face gear without undercut is studied. Firstly,the tooth surface equation of the tool gear is established,and the working tooth surface and the transition surface equation of the gear are deduced from the combination of the tool and the circular arc tooth profile. And then according to the circular arc tooth profile face gear does not produce undercut conditions theory,through the MATLAB software to write the program for numerical calculation. The calculated results are compared with the results obtained by the simulation experiments,and the correctness of the minimum radius values of the circular arc tooth profile face gear without rooting is verified.
