摘  要:为研究大白菜花芽分化及抽薹与内源激素含量变化之间的关系,采用ELISA法测定了大白菜从营养生长到抽薹各时期生长点中IAA、GA1_(+3)、ZR和ABA的含量。结果表明,较高水平的GA1_(+3)有利于大白菜成花启动,但花芽分化过程需要较低水平的IAA、GA1_(+3)、ZR和较高水平的ABA。此外,较高水平的ZR和ABA能促进大白菜抽薹。In order to study the relationship between flower bud differentiation, bolting and dynamics of endogenous hormone contents in Chinese cabbage,IAA,GA1_(+3),ZR and ABA in shoot apex during various developmental stages from vegetative growth to bolting were determined by ELISA.The results indicated that a higher content of GA1_(+3)was beneficial to start of flowering,while the flower bud differentiation required a lower content of IAA,GA1_(+3),ZR and a higher content of ABA.In addition,a higher content of ZR and ABA was beneficial to bolting in Chinese cabbage.
