摘  要:针对以煤油为介质的机械密封,为提高其相关性能,需要研究密封端面的摩擦特性,以得到配合偶件材料摩擦因数f与工况参数G的关系。研究从其力学分析入手,配合煤油黏温性能的拟合求解,以及配合偶件材料的摩擦磨损试验,得到配合偶件材料的f-G理论曲线族与试验曲线。将所得到的试验曲线与理论曲线族对比,得到了不同工况下的近似油膜厚度,为变工况环境下低黏度介质的机械密封副的使用性能研究提供参考。For the mechanical seal using kerosene as working medium,in order to improve the relative performance,the friction characteristics of seal face need to be researched,for getting the relationships between friction coefficient f and duty parameters G of material pairs. It was started with the mechanical analysis,combined with the fitting calculation of viscosity-temperature coefficient for kerosene,and through the friction-wear test between materials,f-G theoretical family curves and test curves were gotten. Besides,contrasting the testing results with theoretical famaly cuves,approximate film thickness in different woring condition are gotten,which provides the reference to the research on using performance of mechanical sealing pairs of low viscosity medium in variable working condition environments.
