摘  要:上海同济路立交桥空心板梁在运营多年后出现了纵向贯穿裂缝及大量铰缝破坏,为修复桥面病害,提出了常规加固方案(厚11cm的普通混凝土铺装层)与超高性能混凝土(UHPC)薄层加固方案(厚8cm的普通混凝土铺装层+厚3cm的UHPC铺装层)2种加固方案。为选择合理的加固方案,采用有限元分析软件MIDAS FEA建立了局部及全桥模型,分析了2种方案下空心板梁的破坏模态和桥面铺装层应力,并进行了悬臂梁模拟加载试验。结果表明:UHPC薄层加固方案可以大幅提高结构的极限承载力,较常规方案铺装层的承载力提高85.5%,且能够保持板梁的横向整体受力。因此,该桥选择UHPC薄层加固方案进行维修加固。For years of operation,the longitudinal penetrating cracks and a great deal of the hinge joint damage have appeared in the hollow slab beam bridge of the Tongji Road Overpass in Shanghai.To repair the deteriorations of the bridge,2 schemes of the conventional reinforcement(the 11 cm thick ordinary concrete deck pavement)and the thin layer reinforcement of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)(the 8 cm thick ordinary concrete deck pavement+3 cm thick UHPC deck pavement)were proposed.To select the reasonable reinforcement scheme,the finite element analysis software MIDAS FEA was used to establish the models for the local and whole bridge of the bridge,the failure modes of the hollow slab beams and the stresses of the deck pavement under the 2 schemes were analyzed and the simulated loading tests of the cantilever beams were carried out.The results yield that for the scheme of the thin layer reinforcement of the UHPC,the ultimate bearing capacity of the structure can be greatly improved,the bearing capacity of the structure is increased by 85.5% as compared to the scheme of the conventional reinforcement and the global transverse load bearing of the slab beams can be also maintained.In such case,the thin layer reinforcement of the UHPC is evenyually selected for the repairing and reinforcement of the bridge.
