摘  要:黑龙江省的水文监测开始于1898年,至今基本形成了相对系统、完整的水文站网体系,水位和雨量信息监测基本实现了自动化。水文监测信息对水利行业的服务最直接,主要通过水文情报和预报为水利防汛抗旱减灾服务,利用详实的水质和水量信息为水资源保护管理和水环境治理提供服务。水文监测的发展方向,是依靠大数据分析和云存储、云计算技术,形成智能水文监测。Hydrological monitoring in Heilongjiang Province began in 1898.Up to now,a relatively systematic and complete hydrologic station network system has been basically formed.The monitoring of water level and rainfall information has basically realized automation.Hydrologic monitoring information directly services for the hydraulic industry.It mainly provides hydrologic information and forecasting for flood control,drought relief and disaster reduction.It serves for management of water resources protection and water environment treatment with detailed water quality and water quantity information.The direction of the hydrologic monitoring development is to form intelligence hydrologic monitoring with big data analysis,cloud storage and cloud computing.
